Well for some users it might be a welcome to new touch world and for some users it might be a scared cow.The users will be experiencing these major change from Windows 7 to Windows 8.Ok let me say be prepared for these big changes.
Metro UI :No Start Button
You will miss the Start Button in Windows 8 as Metro UI will be default in the Windows 8 OS. Although Microsoft have provided option to revert back to Start Button users will miss the Start Button as the Windows 8 is tailored for the Tablet and Mobile Screens. Well it looks great for Tablet and Laptops.
Improved Copy,Rename,Delete,Move
The feature that was missing in most Famous Windows family OS was a while copying multiple files the number of popup Dialoges that were covering a large part of my screen and if need to hide them I use to move the below Task bar and behind the visible area of Desktop. Now in windows 8 while copying multiple files or folders you will be shown all the process in a single windows and what is most interesting feature is that you can pause any process or kill that process and you can minimize that Action Dialogue too to hide it.Seems Microsoft is adopted this feature from famous file downloading sites.
Ribbon Interface Replaces Old Windows Explorer
Well you might have seen this feature earlier in Microsoft Office 2007 early in the Vista times with the time of Vista launch. But from new this is a permanent fixture to the Windows Explorer.
Like it or not it is compulsory for you to use it.Don't worry it is not bad and has improved the Windows Explorer and is easy to use.
